There is a $40 non refundable deposit required upon booking. We prefer you not to pay in full until the morning of your event, incase you decide to cancel. Payment can be submitted through the contract page at any time. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Venmo and cash (we collect cash at delivery). If you are a school or a church we will accept a check made out to Greg Smith.
Yes, we require a $40 non-refundable deposit. If you decide to cancel your deposit will be held for you to reschedule anytime within the next year. Dates are subject to availability.
The rental will be delivered 1-6 hours before your scheduled party time. We start deliveries at 8am and our latest pick up time is 8pm. We charge $40 to keep the inflatable over night.
If you see that bad weather is predicted on the day of your event, you can cancel and get a rain check. We will allow you up to one year to reschedule. However, we will deliver in rainy conditions. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE YOUR PAYMENT IN FULL UNTIL THE DAY OF YOUR EVENT.
We reserve the right to pick up the inflatable any time due to extreme weather conditions.
We will work with you up until the time of your event to make the determination.
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for water use. All units are listed as wet or dry.
Any damages due to the rules not being followed will be the charged to the customer up to replacement of the unit. A cleaning fee of $50-$250 may be charged. This would include food, candy or drink being left in the inflatable. Replacement of the inflatable would be for damages that can not be repaired. Please note that silly sting can chemically bond with the vinyl and is considered damages’ that cannot be repaired.
Under no circumstances should the inflatable be moved. This includes removal of blower, stakes, hoses, tarps, and extension cords. Doing so will result in fines up to $200. (Unless we specify otherwise.)
Our inflatables can be set up on grass or indoors. In certain instances where we can still stake down in grass, we will set up on concrete. We DO NOT set up on gravel, sand, mud, or in standing water. Please make sure yard is clean of any debris, obstacles, or animal droppings ahead of time. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes.
You can leave the inflatable running or you can unplug it, if you are keeping it overnight we recommend unplugging it.
We do ask that you leave the inflatable on during rain. However is wind gusts are above 15 mph please turn it off.
Call us immediately. You can make sure the unit did not come unplugged, that the switch was not flipped on the blower, that the extension cord is still plugged in to the blower.
Please DO NOT use silly string on or around the inflatable. Silly string chemically bonds to the vinyl and we can never get it off. You could be responsible for replacement of the unit
We would not recommend cutting your grass until after your event. The loose grass will be stuck to everything if you are getting a water inflatable.
